Refund policy

Return Policy Summary:

  • Eligibility for Return: Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Initiating a Return: Customers can start a return by emailing pictures to vvstyles22@gmail.com.

  • Damages and Issues: Customers should inspect the order upon reception and contact you immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if they receive the wrong item.

  • Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items or gift cards are also not eligible for returns.

  • Exchanges: Customers can return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item to ensure a faster exchange process.

  • European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period: Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without any justification. The same conditions apply for the return as stated in the general return policy.

  • Refunds: Customers will be notified about the status of their return after inspection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method. Customers can contact vvstyles22@gmail.com if the refund process exceeds 15 business days.
